lano.de is a static website. It provides no user accounts, comments, newsletter, or contact form. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts, and images required to display the website are served directly from lano.de.

The website uses no advertising, analytics, or profiling services and embeds no maps, videos, social-media widgets, or other third-party content. It does not make automated decisions or create personal visitor profiles.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is transmitted to the web server. This may include:

• the IP address or hostname of the requesting device;
• the date and time of access;
• the requested file or URL;
• the referring page, if supplied by the browser;
• browser type, browser version, and operating system;
• the HTTP status code and amount of data transferred.

Processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, and diagnose technical errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are the secure, reliable, and technically correct operation of the website.

STRATO processes personal data on behalf of the controller where applicable. According to STRATO, complete IP addresses are retained for detecting and defending against attacks for no longer than seven days. Access logs available to the website operator contain anonymized IP addresses and are available for up to six weeks; error logs are available for up to five days. These records are not combined with other data sources or used to create personal profiles.

lano.de itself sets no cookies and stores no visitor identifiers in Local Storage, Session Storage, IndexedDB, or comparable browser storage. The homepage's visual switcher operates locally in the open page and does not transmit or retain interaction data. No consent or cookie banner is therefore currently used.

If this technical configuration changes, this notice will be updated before the change is published and consent will be requested where required.

lano.de contains ordinary links to external websites. Displaying a link does not itself establish a connection to the external provider. When a link is selected, the visitor leaves lano.de and the external provider processes data under its own responsibility. Depending on the browser and destination, the referring page may be transmitted. The external provider's privacy information then applies.

If contact is made by email, the information supplied—including the email address, message content, and technical metadata—is processed to handle and answer the inquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is responding to incoming inquiries. Data is deleted after the inquiry has been resolved unless statutory retention duties or legitimate interests require longer storage.

Where the relevant legal requirements are met, data subjects have rights including:

• access to personal data being processed;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure or restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR;
• withdrawal of consent with future effect, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact the controller using the email address above. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU member state of their habitual residence, workplace, or the place of an alleged infringement.
